Our Temporary Name Tattoo's comply with all FDA guidlines required by law.
US Federal Regulations: All substances in our tattoo ink comply with all rules or orders under TSCA.
Ingredients: Component/Substance: Styrene acrylate copolymer, wax, copper compound, Amporhous, carbon black, yellow pigment, magenta pigment.
This preparation contains NO components classified as Persistent Bioaccumulative or toxic (PBT) or (vPvB) as defined under regulation (EC) 1907/2006.
Tattoo thickness: Film .0015" .0012mm +/- .0002mm
Tattoo Adhesive confirms to FDA title 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives; and Title 21 CFR 176.180, Paper and Paperboard in Contact with Dry Foods, and is included among the regulated substances deemed acceptable for use as components of food contact applications.
It also conforms to the Toy Saftey Standard ASTM F963-96a, Section4.3.5.2 regarding heavy metals and also meets the requirements of the Photographic Activity Test (per ISO 14523).
